Experiencia fantástica: Ein Problem mit dem Akku hatte ich. Als mein Übersetzer dieses der freundlichen Sekretärin zeigte, ging sie sofort zu einem Mitarbeiter und erklärte meine Sorgen. Da ich nicht Starten konnte, gab er mir am Nachmittag einen Termin, an dem er mich auf dem Campingplatz besuchte. Ruck-Zuck montierte er einen auf Verdacht mitgebrachten Akku und mein TIGUAN erlosch zu neuen Leben. Herzlichen Dank der guten, schnellen Hilfe der Werkstatt. Bosch-Dienst bleibt in Mazarron für mich die erste Adresse auch künftig. Sie ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Experiencia negativa: Le pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Mi marido llamó el lunes de la semana pasada para pedir cita para llevar un coche que no arranca y le dieron cita para el lunes siguiente. Hoy lunes llamamos a la grúa para que recoja el coche y vamos al taller porque teníamos cita y cuando llegamos nos dice un señor muy desagradable y mal educado que él no tiene sitio, que dejemos el coche en cualquier lado, pero que él no va a poder meterlo en el taller si no arranca. Le explicamos que teníamos cita desde hace una semana y nos dice que a él eso le da igual, que no sabe lo que hacen las chicas de la oficina. Al final hemos llamado a otro taller y lo hemos llevado, aunque tampoco tenían sitio nos han hecho el apaño y han sido más amables. MUY MALA ATENCION AL CLIENTE Y MUY POCO ORGANIZADOS EN LA BOSH

Experiencia negativa: 3 chavales en prácticas (les sale más barato para contratar) y otro con algo de experiencia que siempre va con prisas. Llevas el coche ahí y parece que vas al matadero, es una lotería. Hay talleres mucho más competentes por la zona.

El coche dentro de la cochera comunitaria y sin poder sacarlo, llamó a esta empresa que ya los conocía y en 15 mtos. tengo al chaval en mi puerta, arrancamos el coche y marcho al taller, ya estaba esperando con la batería nueva; 10 mtos. puesta, me sacan el coche ellos y bien aparcado. Estaban cerrados, las 20:00 h., 8 Julio, y me esperaron y atendieron con profesionalidad, con educación y dándome las gracias. Desde la oficina hasta el aprendiz, Un 10. ( cuando sea de otra manera, también lo diré, es de ley, pero de momento, Genial.

Mechanic spoke very good english and told everything he had done and what it might fail on he also changed the battery in my key. The car did fail on one thing he had told me and said bring straight back and will do for the next day. Lights polished to within an Inch of their life...but like new. Did other couple of jobs and it sailed through 2nd time. Would highly recommend both for value and service ..

Experiencia fantástica: Muy buen servicio y rapidez. Llamé en agosto a primera hora de la tarde porque me chirriaban los frenos y me dijeron que me pasara en ese momento y me lo revisarían. Lo miraron y en media hora tenia cambiadas las 2 pastillas de freno delanteras que las llevaba desgastadisimas, encima son marca Bosch. A tener muy en cuenta si estás en Mazarrón.

Experiencia positiva: Mein Auto hat keinen Muks mehr gemacht. Er wurde mit dem Abschleppdienst zur Bosch Garage gebracht. Dort wurde er zügig gecheckt und dann eine Batterie eingebaut. Preis und Leistung waren absolut korrekt.

They are the only one that are capable of doing this type of "surgery" in the area AND George speaks fluent english wich helps a lot. They gave me water and good mood during my stay there. JOGARPE is def the place you want to have on your way in such situation. We received great service in there, almost immediate check in and the assistance we were looking for. Everything was provided in English which was a great ease for us, not speaking Spanish. We highly recommend visiting the place if anything happens to your car!

Experiencia fantástica: Waanzinnige service gekregen. De juiste dynamo voor 29 jaar oude camper was moeilijk te vinden, dus hebben ze met 4 man sterk er eentje voor me gereviseerd. Alle kleine draadjes en leidingen nagekeken en ik kon op het terrein met de camper blijven staan voor 2 nachten. Ik ga hier ook heen voor een check voordat ik terug naar Nederland rij in april. Super aardige mensen en zeer vakbekwaam.

In D bei VW hätte es sicher nach der 2. vergeblichen Suche schließlich das sechsfache gekostet. Abgesehen davon, dass ich erst mal 3 Tage hätte warten müssen.
