Experiencia fantástica: My car broke down this morning called the grua at 7.49 who were on their way. When Fernando opened at 8.30 I called them to tell them my car would not start. Fernando was not there but spoke to a lovely girl who said what do you think is wrong? I mentioned it might be the battery she said she would order one for me and they would fit it there and then. The grua arrived at 8.40 turns out it was the battery. Took it to Fernando’s waiting approximately 10 minutes for new battery to arrive. A lovely guy I think was called Louis fitted it in 10 minutes and I was on my way to work. I want to thank Fernando’s garage for the promptness of ordering a battery and having it fitted. Amazing staff and service super pleased thank you. Always use this garage never ever disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Uitstekende garage voor alle merken. Zeer vriendelijk en kundig. Ik werd gelijk geholpen met een kapotte koplamp. Deze werd niet in rekening gebracht, natuurlijk wel de monteur wat gegeven. Dit adres werd mij door meerdere personen aanbevolen en ik ben het hiermee helemaal eens.

Experiencia negativa: Ich wollte einen Ölwechsel mit Filter. Aufgrund meiner Sprachbarriere habe ich dieses und den Filter für die Klimaanlage bekommen. Das Ganze für 292€. Das war mein teuerste Ölwechse aller Zeiten. Zum anderen wurde mein Wagen noch angefahren, beim Parken auf dem Grundstück der Werkstatt. Die Fahrerin des Fahrzeuges konnte kaum Laufen, fuhr aber einen dicken Daimler. Es wurde dann gesagt, dass die Sache schon an meinem Fahrzeug war. Meine Freundin hat den Vorfall gesehen. Einmal Fernando, nie wieder. Zu teuer

Experiencia fantástica: Top Garage ging er heen met de vraag de wiellagers na te kijken omdat deze volgens een andere garage vervangen moesten worden. Bleek dat de banden slecht waren en werd verwezen naar een banden specialist. Dat was voor mij de reden om garage Fernando ook mij pre itv check te laten doen en alles in orde te maken, ook dit is top gedaan want gisteren zonder problemen itv goed gekeurd.

Experiencia fantástica: What a service. I had ITV inspection and I only noticed my windshield sprayers stopped working the night before. I went to several mechanics in javea and no one could help me the same day. I went to Fernando and he ordered the broken part right away, got it fixed in a couple of hours from when I walked into his workshop. This all with a big smile. Great place, highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I had a problem with my car and this garage took it in and nothing was too much trouble - it was fixed requiring a part from Denia, which they went and got, and they got it done in time for my return flight to the UK. I cannot praise them more highly. I would not go anywhere else.

Being an expat and speaking limited Spanish it was so refreshing being able to discuss the issues with them for both of our cars in English. They're super friendly and by far the best customer service I've had after multiple garages across this coastline over a span of 4 years. Definitely recommend using these guys if you have any car issues!

Car taken to Fernando's and we were back on the road very quickly with a new radiator. The mechanic took the time to explain what he had found. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: De beste en meest klantvriendelijke garage waar ik ooit ben geweest. Op de terug weg naar Nederland hield onze auto er mee op en kwamen we met rokende motor aangereden. Wij konden ondanks grote drukte snel en doeltreffend geholpen worden, binnen 20 minuten waren wij weer onderweg. Bedankt heren!

Experiencia fantástica: Met een rokende auto kwamen we aan bij deze garage, terwijl we onderweg naar Nederland waren. Hoewel hij eigenlijk geen tijd had, heeft hij naar de auto gekeken. Binnen 10 minuten werd de auto gemaakt en konden we onze weg vervolgen. Wat waren we opgelucht. Super service! Nogmaals dank!

Aún no se cómo darle las gracias, cuando llegue a casa le enviaré un detalle, un gran tipo y además...casi casi Español... Gracias!!!
