Experiencia positiva: Está bien, llegan los neumáticos, la instalación está bien. Pero me han puesto tapones que estaban malos. Cobran 25€ por cada rueda, no desde 15€ como dice la página.

Experiencia negativa: Primero que nada no hablan español (da igual que yo hable 5 idiomas, es que estamos en España y no me parece profesional) contraté un servicio de cambio de pastillas de frenos y algunos otros repuestos que deberían haber llegado en una semana. Acordamos que me llamaran, después de 2 semanas, llamé y me dijeron en unos días. No me volvieran a llamar. Pasé al taller después de 2 semanas y dijeron que los repuestos habrían llegado en 2 días. Nunca me volvieron a llamar. Además, ni siquiera pudieron asesorar adecuadamente sobre la cerradura de la puerta del conductor que estaba dañada. Perdí mucho tiempo, luego llamé a un taller español y lo solucionaron todo en una semana. Absolutamente absurdo. Creo que las empresas necesitan unos requisitos mínimos para relacionarse con el público!

Experiencia fantástica: Se nos averió el coche mientras pasábamos unos días de vacaciones en Estepona, y mi pareja eligió por casualidad este taller para que la grúa les llevara nuestro coche “porque en las fotos, se veía un lugar muy limpio”. Para nuestra sorpresa, nos atendieron en inglés, lo que no fue un inconveniente para mí, no obstante, hacen todo lo posible por comunicarse vía telefónica e incluso WhatsApp, así que no será un problema. En cualquier caso, me gustaría destacar la celeridad con la que han tratado el asunto. Debíamos volver a casa incluso dejando el coche aquí si era preciso, y han hecho lo imposible por arreglarlo en cuestión de 48 horas teniendo el coche listo incluso antes de lo previsto. Profesionales, rápidos, resolutivos y ofrecen un servicio de calidad ajustado a un presupuesto razonable. No podría estar más satisfecha con esta “casualidad”.

Experiencia positiva: Небольшой (на 4 под'емника) автосервис широкого профиля. Молодой весёлый приёмщик, говорящий на беглом английском и на испанском. Двое парней в черном, работающих на под'емниках. В меру серьезные. Как показала практика, не ищущие лёгких путей.Довольно чисто. В целом, впечатление благоприятное, хотя помещение немного захламлено начатыми и не законченными машинами и нет вообще свободного места снаружи.. Это обычное дело, когда работы много, а работников не хватает. Я бы, по старой памяти, поработал с этими парнями некоторое время. =)

Experiencia positiva: On holiday in Spain, my Vito van started to exhibit a series of electrican gremlins driving down from Barcelona to the south coast. I made some research and decided that probably I needed to purchase a new 12V battery so I went to see these guys. Jake is a very competent fellow and their premises very well organised and functional. He ordered the new Varta (I paid in advance as the Vito uses a very large battery) and then he contacted me as promised a few days later and we agreed a time for the following morning. They were 1 mechanic down so they kept me an extra hour before starting work but offered me a coffee at the nearby cafe. The work was excellent and they also took the time to clear all of the error codes. EXCELLENT place for honest work!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Before you read this, honestly I'm not paid by Jake for posting this review. I drove from England and on the journey the air conditioning on my jaguar failed. I was recommended Estepona tyres,as it was then, as I was told that they could help me. I was amazed at how professional and knowledgeable the staff were and they really went the extra mile to sort out my problem, Jake even gave me a lift back to my house after I dropped the car off for repair. The part needed was ordered immediately and booked in for repair as soon as it arrived. Everything is working perfectly now. Although they are very busy, they always find time to fit me in and they go out of their way to help me. My car had some clutch, tire and engine trouble, but after a few days with them, my car drives like it did when I first bought it. The drive is once again smooth, quiet and enjoyable.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 Service. We had been let down by another business in getting our ITV organised. Estepona Tyres was then recommended to us on Facebook Manilva Chat. It was the first time we have had to do an ITV and so where not familiar with the process. Gemma helped us through this with advice and guidance and arranged everything we needed. Huge thanks to her. We also needed new tyres fitting. Again this was done quickly and without any issues. Highly recommend this service 100%. Will be going here in the future for sure. Servicio 10/10. Experiencia negativa: I went there to let them check/repaire the breaks before going to the MOT. The car didnt make it, because of bad rear breaks. Went back to estepona tyres and they would recheck/ repair them again. However second chance at the MOT again break faileur!! Unbelieveable! Went to the suzuki dealer instead and they fixed it. Car went to the mot without problems. Will not go back to estepona tyres, yes they do speak english but the job is spanish style. You have been warned.
