Experiencia negativa: Un DESASTRE de taller! Después de haber estado varias veces por el mismo problema ya no contestan! además resulta que la última vez que fui ,el mecánico puso casi 2 litros de refrigerante de menos, Insisto,NO VAYAN. Debería llamarse PAGAMÁS !

Experiencia negativa: He llegado a este taller por las opiniones y no podría ser más decepcionante. Para dar un diagnóstico y cambio una pieza que normalmente podría durar 3/4 dias, han tardado 4 semanas. Siempre que he tenido que contactar con ellos, porque pasaban los días y no tenía noticias, nunca ha atendido el teléfono, la única comunicación por WhatsApp y dejando en visto días los mensajes, principio de la semana llamando para preguntar para cuando estaría, me daba fecha para viernes y llegaba a esa fecha sin una llamada o noticia, tendiendo que llamar yo 2 días después, así hasta que finalmente me lo entrega. Coche con pérdidas de aceite que antes no tenía, piezas mal montadas y sueltas por olvido, 2 meses casi sin poder casi usar el coche. Una pésima atención y sin muestras de que quisiera enmendar sus errores sin cobrar más, al final lo lleve a otro taller y en 2h tenía el coche reparado y solucionado los fallos de un trabajo mal ejecutado.

After having a horrible experience with Norauto Los Barrios (don't go there on your own if you are a woman), a friend recommended me to take my 1996 Golf to Pagamenos and it was the best car service experience I've ever had here. Kike was super professional and told me exactly what my car needed (on the other hand Norauto told me I had to change the entire thing). The lady at the reception even booked my ITV for me, making the experience easy, painless, and affordable. Take my 5 stars!

Experiencia negativa: Incompetent, obnoxious, unqualified, liar, and treats customers with contempt. That is just the owner/manager. One of the most horrendous and expensive experiences of my life. I unfortunately got caught up with Pagamenos with 2 vehicles at the same time. One being a Ford van which I asked them to change the timing belt. They only changed 1 of the 2 belts When the 2nd one failed and completely destroyed the engine I was told it was not their fault because they did not know it had 2 belts?? Cost to me for their incompetence 2,240.00€. Meanwhile my other car an Opel Astra was suffering from excessive exhaust smoke and kept lighting up the engine warning lights. I took it in a few times where they put it on the computer and cleared the fault codes. Result the car would not smoke for 7/10 days and then start all over again. 1st diagnosis: DPF (part of the exhaust) Replaced. The problem got worse. Returned every week where the fault codes cleared. Good for another week. 2nd diagnosis. Injectors removed and tested. Replaced. No change. Every 7 days back to the garage. 3rd diagnosis: Faulty DPF. Odd as this one was behaving exactly the same as the old one. Surely the problem must be elsewhere. DPF removed and the insides of the original one was smashed out and refitted. Same problem every week smoke pouring out of the back. 4th Diagnosis: Injectors. Hang on! We have already done those. Told to keep my mouth shut as they are the professionals. Refitted same problem. 5th diagnosis: 4 new heater plugs needed. I thought they must be joking this time. Am I on candid camera? I looked for the secret cameras but could not find them. Heater plugs are used to heat the air on a diesel engine when starting in extremely cold weather!! The car starts fine and we live on the Costa del sol! 6th diagnosis. Injectors!! What have the injectors ever done to keep getting the blame!! I asked if they had any other ideas only to be told that it was not their fault that my car was haunted!! All evidence to anyone with more brain cells than a tulip would say it has to be a problem with the computer as when they clear the fault codes the car is perfect for a week. I bought my own computer interface and program. Reading up on how the computer controls the engine it became so obvious what the problem was. Without going into technical details if you replace an emission or exhaust component on the engine you have to reset it in the computer. The computer thought the DPF was 200,000kms old and kept trying to regenerate it by burning excessive fuel to heat the exhaust system to clean it. While waiting for another DPF to arrive the clutch slave bearing failed. This has nothing to do with the exhaust. Back to Pagamenos, gearbox removed and new bearing ordered. The bearing arrived and was wrong this happened at least 5 times. Being a bit frustrated after 2 weeks I went to see the Manager/Owner who informed me that she was fed up with me keep coming in asking when my car would be ready. She also told me that she was fed up having my car stuck on one of her ramps. I told her it was her problem if she kept ordering the wrong parts. Her answer was beyond belief!! She said that she had ordered all right parts but the problem was they did not fit my car!! LOL I suggested that I could get the correct part. To be told that it does not exist. I ordered the part and told her the good news. Fatal mistake! I had to listen to all her BS once again. She told me that there is no way I had found the part because it does not exist. Then she asked me how much I had paid for it. I replied 93.00€ Only to be told it cannot be the right piece because the price is 160.00€ Hang on 30 seconds ago you said the part does not exist!! She then told me that I should show her some respect!! I could not say what I wanted to say at that point because she was threatening to dump my car in the car park in bits! She seems to have missed the concept that respect has to be earned not demanded

Experiencia negativa: The most horrible experience ever. Took my BMW to this garage with a failed Turbo on a Monday evening. Was given a quote which I thought was a bit high and negotiated the price down. All agreed on a Thursday. Was told that my part will arrive the next day by 12:30 (Friday) and car will be fixed by Friday evening. Friday afternoon (1:45pm) I get a message that the part hasn't arrived as there is a logistics issue - some sort of delivery issue from factory. The message said "Its a common thing in Spain". So now the car will stay in the garage over the weekend and will get fixed Monday. Ok Fine. Get a call at 6pm on Friday that the supplier cannot supply the part (so story of logistics issue was a lie) and it will cost some additional 300 to 500 Euros to get the spare. The lady asked me if I could get the spare part cheaper then she will fix the car. She sent me the part reference number to help my search. OK. Checked on the internet and sent her a few links with the quotes for this spare but obviously now Pagamenos was switched off for the weekend. Fair enough. Spent whole of Saturday on the internet and spare parts shops trying to find the part. Got multiple quotes, decent prices . Monday morning when my wife went to this garage , the lady (who I think is the owner) shouted at her and asked her to get out of the garage and take the car with her. She was upset that we were knocking at her suppliers doors (on Sat) to get quotes for the spare part (now how would we know who her suppliers were-lol). Basically, the owner was upset that she was caught lying as she made one excuse after the other and then contradicted herself. She kept telling us that owners of BMW must be ready to pay higher prices to get their cars fixed. I agree but nobody should be ripped off. Don't think her garage was competent enough to deal with the issue. Called road assistance and moved the car to a professional who can fix it. Don't recommend this one for any serious issues. May be an oil change or a puncture fix. I can now only look at all the messages on my whatsapp from Pagamenos and laugh. Left my car at this garage for almost a week just to move it elsewhere. Sheer incompetence, bad manners and atrocious customer services.

La chica no me respondia al telefono en fin tuve que buscar otro taller y arreglar el embrague lo mas rapido posible, ya que dia tras dia que esperaba alguna contestacion de pagamenos, mi coche empeoraba. No se lo recomendaria ni para cambiarle los tapones.
