Experiencia negativa: Seguramente no voy a volver a este sito , únicamente por los comentarios Bocachanclas, de una cajera , que desde el primero momento se ve maleducada y no preparada para el lugar que ocupa , ya que desde el primero momento empieza a desvelar secretos de la empresa y haciendo comentarios desprezibles de otros clientes . Tal como he dicho en el momento, hay una primera vez para todo…y una última también . I certainly won't be returning to this place, solely because of the blabbermouth comments made by a cashier who, from the very first moment, seemed rude and unqualified for her position. She immediately started revealing company secrets and making disparaging remarks about other customers. As I said before, there's a first time for everything... and a last time, too. Je ne remettrai certainement pas les pieds dans cet endroit, uniquement à cause des propos indiscrets d'une caissière qui, dès le premier instant, s'est montrée impolie et incompétente. Elle s'est immédiatement mise à divulguer des secrets d'entreprise et à tenir des propos désobligeants sur les autres clients. Comme on dit, il y a une première fois à tout… et une dernière aussi. Ich werde diesen Laden ganz sicher nicht wieder betreten, allein schon wegen der unverschämten Äußerungen einer Kassiererin, die vom ersten Moment an unhöflich und für ihre Position völlig ungeeignet wirkte. Eigentlich wurde ich weg gewunken, aber denn och habe ich meine Not vorgetragen und Cristina hat dann mein Auto angenommen und die Werkstatt wollte am nächsten Morgen nachschauen....."leider" haben sie nichts gefunden, aber dafür andere Kleinigkeiten dafür repariert. Experiencia negativa: Desastre Mal,mal, muy mal después de tres alineaciones tras un golpe con un bordillo y cinco pruebas de coche que dicen está todo bien, el coche se va a la izda,descubro por mi cuenta que tiene una caída de 3 grados y me mandan al chapista ...Voy a un especialista en alineaciones y me confirma la caída y la estupidez de alinear sin reparar,que lo sabían enel taller de manolo ya que lo dice la máquina, me confirma también que está mal hecho el paralelo pero que lo repare antes que si no es hacer el tonto.... mienten, te engañan y te vuelven loco...

Experiencia negativa: Son unos chapuzas, he llevado mi coche por el mismo problema tres veces en garantía y vuelve a fallar, además de que le faltan tornillos y me dejaron la puerta totalmente desencajada. Ahora mismo vuelvo a tener la misma rotura después de 3 arreglos y ni 6 meses han pasado y encima peor por cómo dejaron el coche. El trato es bueno pero el trabajo es pésimo.

Probably just off timing but was straight in and sorted . Prices were fantastic for the service I received. I will be back for any other issues that may arise. They don't just offer tyres they do mechanical work and itv preparation. I speak limited Spanish but they do work with you and limited English we go sorted. To put it in a nutshell.... Great service, prices and advice. You will see me again.. Be prepared.. you may have to wait as it's a busy place but rest assured.... You will be looked after if at all possible.. Experiencia fantástica: I arrived about five minutes early for my booking and was met by the owner, who took my vehicle away for the necessary inspection, he returned about an hour later with the bad news there was a bigger problem than anticipated, but would continue trying to sort it out. Turns out the problem was even bigger, so he got one of his assistants to translate for me to ensure I understood everything. I have now booked the car in for the much needed repairs, I have full confidence in this garage.

Experiencia negativa: We took my wife's car for an intermediate service which was carried out well. Unfortunately the car sustained some damage whilst it was there, When we pointed this out we were told that we were mistaken. I used to work for a Vauxhall main dealer in the UK so was well aware of every blemish on the car, especially as she had only recently bought it. Needless to say we won't be returning. Now booked the car in a body shop for repair, estimate 130€. I will repeat my affirmation that the damage was certainly not there when we left the car, and it was when we picked it up, I will let readers draw their own conclusion.

They also undertook my 4 wheel tracking. Absolutely delighted with these people and will definitely go back and highly recommend this company as a whole.

They took the wheel off, Che ked it for damage, removed the screw and repaired the puncture and I was back on the road in an hour. They did not try to sell me new tyres that I did not need.
