Experiencia negativa: Atención horrible, hemos pasado un muy mal rato por acercarnos a preguntar por un cambio de aceite, el tipo que estaba ahí nos gritó, se enfadó porque estaba con 4 vehículos, nos dijo "llévate la botella de aceite" me parece inconcebible un trato así cuando solo te acercas a preguntar por un servicio. Claramente no volveré.

Experiencia fantástica: Es un taller con una situación envidiable, un personal encantador, profesional y eficiente y unos precios ajustados. Cuando llevas el coche (con cita previa) al llegar ya te están esperando, se lo dejas, te das un paseo por El Retiro o subes a la Casa del Libro y, antes de que te des cuenta te están llamando para que lo recojas (mi última revisión duró una hora escasa). Llevo ya muchos años llevando todos los coches de la familia -desde un Peugeot 207 hasta un Mercedes - y, a no ser que cambie algo, lo seguiré haciendo.

Nos encontramos con un problema porque el neumático no se podía reparar (por el tipo de neumático) y al día siguiente ya tenía la rueda nueva esperándome. A destacar los dos chicos que llevan el taller, amables, agradables y preocupados por resolver el problema. Transmiten que les gusta su trabajo y el trato con la gente. Sin duda volveré y lo recomendaré.

Experiencia negativa: Son unos ESTAFADORES. El mecánico que por desgracia me asignaron era un chapuza y maleducado. Cuando le dije que aún seguía teniendo el mismo problema que por favor lo revisara nuevamente, se puso a gritarme que no era su culpa si el coche se había vuelto a dañar y si quería que lo revisara otra vez, tenía que volver a pagar. Esto no tiene sentido si en el mismo día de la entrega, la falla persiste; luego, no son formas de tratar a una cliente gritando como un animal cuando en ningún momento le grité. No se si pagan los comentarios o cómo lo hacen, pero por favor eviten este taller.

Experiencia fantástica: You Need to Know Bo! Let me start by saying there are about a dozen other Ford dealerships closer to my house I pass up to go to Akins Ford. I purchased a Mustang from Bo Sorrells in 2019 and because of the excellent service he provided I reached out to him to purchase an F-150 in February of 2021. Due to particular items, I wanted on the truck Bo worked with me to order the vehicle. Due to circumstances beyond the control of Bo or Akins Ford the wait for the truck was an extended period. However, the entire time I felt informed and completely up to date with my order. Once I did Purchase My F-150 I was treated with first class service and was extremely satisfied with the purchasing experience. I told Bo I would show up at a particular time in the morning and he met me at the door, got me financing, and in my truck in record time. It was amazing. On the way home I noticed a small noise that was not serious, but did not seem right. Bo jumped through hoops to make sure the Truck was in the shop and fixed right away. I am extremely satisfied with the Truck and you cannot beat the deals you find at Akins Ford. Take the Drive down to Winder Georgia and look for Bo Sorrells.

I checked when I got home and they are not even to the wear bars! Vehicle calls for 30 psi air and it had been increased to 37-40 in the tires. Not real happy.

Experiencia negativa: On a weekday afternoon, I was told there was a two hour wait for an oil change. It took almost three hours. No updates were provided after the two hour mark had passed. I had to inquire about the excessive wait. I was told that my vehicle was finished and was being brought to the front. Forty minutes later, my vehicle was finally finished and brought to the front. I have used this establishment multiple times, however, I do not plan on returning.

The technician apparently didn't finish the job, twice, before sending it on it's way! This same scenario happened to me at a Toyota dealership. My message to service managers, make sure your folks are doing their job. They have a check list to go by, especially when it's only a routine service. Not picking on Ford, particularly, but make sure they finish the drill. This could be dangerous!

Experiencia negativa: I feel like Akins has gotten too big too quick. They are unable to keep up with the demand of customers they have. Whenever we take cars there for service it takes weeks for things to be accomplished and that's after having to wait weeks for an appoinment. More often than not, the service techs "can't duplicate the issue" then charge over a 100 bucks for a diagnostic fee. You keep having the same problem then bring it back again for another 100 buck to have the problem fixed.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an appointment at 4:00. I was checked in right away, and they told me they were extremely busy and running behind. Therefore, the oil change, tire rotation, and basic checks would not be completed until 5:30 maybe 5:45. However, they had my vehicle ready at 5:15. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. The waiting room is very large with complimentary drinks and wifi.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve had my Ford Fusion in and out of the service department more times than I can count on two hands. First was issue with the battery multiple times and then the radio multiple times. I recently took my car and waited for two hours only to be told I have to bring it back another time for them to drive the vehicle and run more test on it and I will not be provided a loaner vehicle during the 4-5 days they can possibly have it and will have to provide my own transportation. My car will not go out of sport mode and has been that way for over two weeks. At this point I’m so frustrated with the vehicle I wish I’d never purchased it. If a problem comes up with your car unless there is a code that comes up they will not fix it.
